We are sorry to to hear that you have this issue. Sorry but from your screenshot is not very clear what is wrong because error message is not in English, please in the next posts add translations.
As for the issue - if we understand you correct your license doesn’t accepted. Please try to use Server.MapPath("~/GroupDocs.Viewer.lic"); if license file in the root folder of the project. If not in the root - then add folder name in which license file placed to the path.
