Problem using GroupDocs on Linux

I’m experiencing problems using GroupDocs on Linux: the viewer toolbar is shown, but not the image. The problem doesn’t ocurr on Windows OS.


I created a sample problem which reproduces the problem. It is on GitHub - rfontoura/wicket-groupdocs: GroupDocs example app using Wicket Framework. Just checkout the project using Git and follow the instructions on the main page.

There’s two ways I’m trying to use GroupDocs: using the Wicket framework, and using JSP. Both cases works on Windows, but on Linux desn’t. Here the version of things I’m using:

OS: Linux Mint
JDK: 1.8.0_45

I’m attaching the exception which is thrown when trying to open a PDF file using GroupDocs.

Thank you for your posting and using GroupDocs.Annotation.

We are trying to reproduce the issue on our side , but we can't reproduce it yet. Seems that the reproduction of the issue will take a little more time than we planed.

Also almost all our users that had the issue with Linux system , just they didn't have all Windows fonts on Linux system. Could you please try to install these fonts on your system. You can check our documentation for how to do it here .

Also please check the access rights to all working folders that you have configured for our library.

We will notify you when we will have some news about the reproduction of the issue.

The problem wasn't with GroupDocs. I have no problems now using GroupDocs on Linux.
