Problem when visualizing image files first time it is opened

Sometimes, when you opens an image file (for first time, no cached) appears a black/white cross at the upper right corner. Do you know something about that issue? The black/white cross disappears when you refreshes the page and then the viewer shows the image correctly.

BTW: There is a big white space between the end of the document and the windows bar, it appears when you maximize the explorer containing the viewer while the message “Loading content…” is there.

Hello Alixes,

We are sorry to hear that you have such issue. When you open the image for the first time you see this cross since the browser is loading the image (it’s a common browser function to show this cross while loading). When you refresh the page and the cache is generated, the loading time is substantially reduced and you see your image.

As for Viewer block size – please download the attached example. In the example you will find JavaScript and style code for how to make a viewer block full‑page size and also make it automatically resizable for different screen resolutions. As shown on these screenshots: full size, minimized

Hello Pavel, thanks for your answers.

The problem is that the cross does not disappear after the browser is loading the image. The cross still there until you refresh the page. Is that the normal behavior?

Sorry, I can´t see that example.

Thank you.

Hello Alexis,

Thank you for coming back. Could you please share with us image which you tried to view that we can reproduce the issue. Also will be very helpful if you will check your browser console for failed requests, error messages and share it with us.

As for example code - sorry, please try to download it here
