Problem with "AllAndNone" font converting PDF to HTML or PNG in .NET

We received a document that’s causing problems when viewing it with GroupDocs.
Instead of the actual text, it just display some strange characters:
image.jpg (311.3 KB)

Adobe Reader displays that “AllAndNone” Font is used, which does not seem to be an actual font, but
just a placeholder name for a missing, or improperly embedded font.

Can you please take a look and check if the output can be improved in such cases?

I was using GroupDocs.Total.NETFramework 25.5 to convert the attached document to PNG or HTML.

Hi Clemens,

I’ve checked and tested a “03 - Facture Fournisseur.pdf” on my side using the latest GD.Viewer 25.6 and reproduced the exact result with corrupted text on the 1st page when rendering to the HTML and PNG. As for me, it looks like a bug. I’ve logged it for our developers under the “VIEWERNET-5404” label. As always, we will notify you when it will be fixed.

Have a nice day.

With best regards,
Denis Gvardionov
