We are a small and growing consulting firm. We have an internal firm-wide library of PDF documents and web pages (reports, news clips and other material). We're looking for a solution that will allow for 1-click PDF and web page importing; collaborative annotation of PDFs (and ideally also of web pages); extraction of highlighted portions of PDFs; and search over the library.
Can your product do all this?
We don't currently have anything enterprise grade for content management, so there are no legacy constraints.
