We are a small and growing consulting firm. We have an
internal firm-wide library of PDF documents and web pages (reports, news clips
and other material). We're looking for a solution that will allow for 1-click
PDF and web page importing; collaborative annotation of PDFs (and ideally also
of web pages); extraction of highlighted portions of PDFs; and search over the
library.
Can your product do all this?
We don't currently have anything enterprise grade for
content management, so there are no legacy constraints.

Hello,
Thank you for your request. Yes, GroupDocs.Annotation allows all of this features except extraction of highlighted portions of PDFs.
Sorry but from your request is not clear which platform you will use, since that please check our Annotation libraries for
Java and
.NET . Documentation for these libraries available
here and
here
Also not clear what you mean under web page importing - do you mean that you have .html file and you want to annotate on it? If yes, our Annotation library supports such file format but it will be not rendered and in the Annotation you will see HTML code from such file.
