Purchased Viewer API Startup Basic but Still On Free Plan

Hello,

As the title of this post states I just purchased the API startup basic plan but for some reason it doesn’t seem to have kicked in. My dashboard still states I’m on the free plan, meaning that I still have 100 ops and only 256mb of storage space.

Can you please advise or fix this problem?

Could you please notify if your money were withdraw from your credit card?
