Quality differences between .net, Java, and API conversion services

The Sales team suggested asking this question here…

We are currently evaluating the GroupDocs.Conversion capability and are noticing some possible conversion quality differences between the various offerings. We are evaluating: 1) Site OEM .Net, 2) Site OEM Java, 3) API service hosted by GroupDocs.

Is this expected?

Could you please explain the difference with source, output files and the example conversion code? We’ll then investigate this scenario accordingly.
