I randomly get the following exception when I open the viewer/annotation tool. It works in 99%, but sometimes that strange thing is displayed.

Is there some specific file format opened or some specific circumstance when this error appears? Can you look if there are some messages in the application log and in the browser developer tools console? Also, is there some additional info about this error in the browser developer tools network panel?
It happened only couple of times randomly. Screenshot comes from an Excel file. I will try to collect more logs when it happens next time.
