Redact large area of PDF document based on selection

Hello,

I am currently in the process of reviewing GroupDocs.Redaction and have been very impressed with the TextBasedRedaction.

However I have become stuck redacting a larger area of a PDF document. I assumed I could use the ImageAreaRedaction but this only appears to applies to images within the PDF document.

How would I redact a rectangular area of a page within a PDF document? This area could contain text and potentially an image.
