[Release] GroupDocs.Watermark for .NET v26.9

Dear GroupDocs customers,

We are pleased to announce the release of GroupDocs.Watermark for .NET 26.9. This version significantly relaxes evaluation mode restrictions — allowing watermark search, editing, and removal without a license, and removing the single-watermark-per-save limit — alongside a fix for image artifact detection in PDF documents and internal stability improvements.

:hammer_and_wrench: Key Features & Improvements

  • Allow searching watermarks in evaluation mode (WATERMARKNET-2211): GroupDocs.Watermark now allows searching for watermarks in documents when running in evaluation (unlicensed) mode, making it easier to evaluate the search functionality before purchasing a license.

  • Allow editing and removing document watermarks in evaluation mode (WATERMARKNET-2212): Editing and removing existing document watermarks is now supported in evaluation (unlicensed) mode, allowing a more complete evaluation of the library’s capabilities without a license.

  • Removed single watermark limit per Watermark.Save call in evaluation mode (WATERMARKNET-2210):

  • Search operation didn’t find image artifacts in PDF documents (WATERMARKNET-2213): Fixed an issue where the search operation failed to detect image artifacts in PDF documents.

  • Improved internal stability (WATERMARKNET-2215): Various internal enhancements for stability and performance.
