When I remove a field and save the template, the field is there when I come back. Specifically the From and FROM field keeps returning.

We are sorry to hear that you have such issue. I have tried to reproduce the issue but unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it - the field is removed after deleting it from the template. Since that could you please provide step step guide of what you do with screenshots.
