Hello Vipin Thomas, GroupDocs Support,
I recently purchased your Group plan and I am using it to use it to embed
PDF documents into my Wordpress websites.
At with the group plan, I am supposed to be able to remove the GroupDocs
branding from the view, but I am unable to find how to do this in the
documentation. Please let me know how this is done.
Thanks,
Larry Harvey

Hi Larry,
Many thanks for getting in touch.
This option is available within the My Account area of the main dashboard.
If you mouse-over or click in the top right of the main dashboard you'll see a new dropdown that has the My Account option, click this and you'll be brought into the settings area.
Within the My Account area please scroll down to the final setting and click the entry Embedded Branding Options*, you can enable / disable the branding for Embedded Annotation and also Embedded Viewer.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with?
Take care,
The Vipin Thomas, GroupDocs Support Team
Thanks for the reply. I guess I hadn't scrolled down that far. I clicked
off the Embedded Annotation and Viewing tick boxes and hit save changes, I
get a little spinning icon that looks like its saving the settings change,
but it never finishes (waited about 5 minutes) and if I reload the page,
the branding options are still checked.
Thanks for your continued assistance in resolving my issue.

Just resolved the issue, if I tried to uncheck both boxes at the same time
and hit save, it would hang. If I did them one at a time they took.
Hi Larry,
I'll raise the issue that you're seeing with our dev guys, hopefully they will be able to fix this minor issue pretty quickly.
Please let me know if there is anything else that I can help you with?
Take care,
