Rendering CAD file using document viewer API in .NET

Hi,
using the latest version of the viewer on an mvc C# project, i tried to render the attached cad file.
The method GetPages called on htmlhandler, returns GroupDocs.Viewer.Exception.GroupDocsViewerException: 'CAD document rendering failed’
Do you have any suggestion?

Please share following details and we’ll investigate this scenario:

  • Sample code or a console application to reproduce this issue
  • API version that you are using (e.g. 19.10, 20.4)

We tried to render the attached CAD file using version 20.4 and this is the output.zip (73.2 KB) we got.

I’ve tried on the online demo at GroupDocs.Viewer on-premise API, cloud API, online apps to open and view files and i’ve a 500 error (probably a timeout, there was a 60s waiting.
Is that normal?

There could be a temporary issue but it’s fixed now. Please have a look at this screenshot.JPG (56.0 KB). You can post app related issues here. Please use latest version of the API (20.4) in your project and let us know if you face any issue. We already shared the output that was generated using version 20.4.
