When collaborating on a document via Replace Text and signing off as the final collaborator the system inserts all changes into the Primary File but do not match the correct font sizes, fonts, and colors where text was replaced.

Just to check if I get you correctly - here is a screenshot on which you can see two “text replace” comments made by two different users and the issue is that that the text added by the tool doesn’t have same styles as the original text, is this the issue you talking about?
