It is nice a image page can be rotated. However, its thumbnail still in the original orientation and therefore does not match the rotated image page,
unless restart the whole web page.
After restart / rerun the web page, this image page will stay in the rotated position and the thumbnail will be forced to rotated. In this way they are matched to each other.
Is the original document changed or not after the rotation?
Yes, the rotation feature in ASP.NET MVC Front End is to rotate the rendered image pages in the viewer and it has no effect on the thumbnail images. When you rotate any page image and then refresh the web page, the document pages get set to their default position/orientation as they were in the source document.
Furthermore, the source document does not get changed in any way. All the transformations, i-e rotation, reordering etc, are applied on rendered pages (HTML pages or images) and hence, the source document remains in its original form.
