Search does not find anything in HTML file in .NET

Search does not find any hits for the attached HTML file.
Regardless of the search term (e.g. “windows” or “server”) nothing is found.
GroupDocs Parser 20.12 with default code form the sample was used.

Also the HTML was generated using GroupDocs.Viewer 20.12 using the attached VSDX file.
