Search is not working in Groupdocs Viewer

Hi ,

I’ve just downloaded GroupDocsViewer demos and installed in my local machine. I’m able to view my attachments in the browser but search is not working. The same search is working for Candy.pdf (which is sample doc part of demos).Can anyone please tell me what could be the reason?

Thank you for the request. Could you please specify which exactly example you have tried and the version of the library in it and does you have made any changes in it?

Also will be useful if you share with us example of your document that you have tried and search doesn’t work in it.

Thank you for your response. I'm using GroupDocs.Viewer webforms application and the version 2.17.0 .I didn't do much changes. It is working for some docs and attaching some docs in which search is not working.

Thank you for the document examples. To enable the search in your documents please set .UseHtmlBasedEngine(true) in the Viewer widget.
