Signature form does not submit

When someone fills out a signature form and hit “submit”, it just loads the original blank form and doesn’t submit any information that was typed in.

why is this happening? / How do I fix this?

my forms are not signing. please help. I can not operate unless these
forms work. I had a similar problem before. This only makes me want to
stop using your services if I keep having problems. Here is a link to my

Hi Anthony,

Thanks for getting in touch.

In order for the form to submit, you need to fill all the available
fields while signing the document. In your form, we can see many text
fields in addition to the “signature” field. Please make sure that all
the fields are filled before clicking the “Sign Form” button. If the
problem persists even after you try this, please get back to us, we’ll
have a detailed look.

I have tried this. Same thing happens. The only fields I should have to fill out are the required fields. There is no reason why I should have to fill out every field. Otherwise, why make certain ones required.

Once I fill out all the required fields, I get the same error.

The "sign form" button won't show up until I fill out all required fields, which I like. But I don't understand why after I press submit, it gives that error

- The normal “typed” signature, “draw it” signature, or a signature uploaded from your preferred location?

When I tested it, I used the “draw it” signature." However, I’m unsure if it does the same thing with the others.

How can we resolve this?
