Dear Support,
We require to send a contract to our clients and they will have to sign on multiple pages. For that we have placed signature field on the multiple pages using api.
Is there is any way where we can force user to sign each page individually. Right now if they are putting signature in any one of the signature box then it is automatically getting copied to all the locations in the same document.
E.g there are six pages in the envelope/document that we require user to sign. Signature box have been placed on individual pages, as soon as they sign any one page it is getting copied automatically to all other pages.
Thanks
Greetings,
Your interest in our e-Signing API is highly appreciated.
We’d like to gather some information from you:
- Are you evaluating our Java or .NET e-signing API?
- Please tell, which version of the API you are evaluating?
- Share sample code that you are using currently to apply signatures on multiple pages.
We’d appreciate your cooperation.
Best wishes

Hi,
Thank you for explanation. Currently we don’t have such functionality but we will add it to our road map for future implementation.

2. UI Problem:
Also, is there any way to make the Orange “Confirm Signature” button larger on the Mobile Device view of E-sign Agreements? It is very small and we get many complaints about it from clients who can not touch it since it is small.

Hi,
Thank you for this information. Basically this made in a security reasons - prevent user signing several fields with different signatures or skip one of the fields. Since that there is no any way to force the same user to sign each field.
Best regards.
