Site Tracker CD Review error

Every time I go into Site Tracker Notification for drawing review and I click on the Click Here to Review This Document I receive this message.

What seems to be the problem? Get in touch

I can go back and approve the CD’s I just cannot open them for review.

Pleasae see what can be done to correct this.
