We want to acquire your family of products, but we noticed that in your online viewer demo, to load for example a PDF , it takes a long time. Is the online viewer version up-to-date? When developing with the temporary key, we also noticed many performance gaps.

Thank you for your interest to GroupDocs.Viewer. In case of Viewer App it has limited resources that are shared with other apps so you may encounter performance issue there. Viewer App is using the latest version of GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET 24.3 and running on Linux.
Can you please share what environment you’re running, what types of files you processing. Also, it would help if you upload a couple of test files so we test them on our side.
