Attempting to convert the attached email document results in a strange formatting issue that results in an unreadable .pdf where all the text is displayed in a column 1 or 2 characters wide.
Using GroupDocs Convert v. 25.7.0 and higher versions, all have the same issue

@JacobBodmer
It appears you are encountering formatting issues when converting a document that has been renamed from .txt to .msg. This situation may arise from the original file’s content structure.
To resolve this, please consider the following steps:
-
File Format: Verify that the file is a valid .msg file. Simply renaming a .txt file to .msg does not change its format; it only alters the file extension. You may need to use an email client to properly export the email as a .msg file.
-
Conversion Process: Since you are working with a .msg file, ensure that you are using the correct conversion methods tailored for email formats. GroupDocs offers specific APIs for handling email files that can help preserve formatting during conversion.
-
Testing with Other Files: Attempt to convert different .msg files to see if the issue persists. This will help you determine whether the problem lies with the specific file or the conversion process itself.
If the issue continues, consider reaching out to GroupDocs support with the specific file for further assistance.

This issue is only partially fixed.
It still has the previous issue when you attach the sample email inside another email.
@JacobBodmer
To help us investigate this further, could you please share the following details?
- The sample email file (the one with the attached email inside it) that reproduces the issue.
- The output PDF generated after conversion, so we can clearly see the formatting issue.
