The attached RTF files, when converted to PDF using GroupDocs, have:
- a spacing issue (for one doc the table flows to a 2nd page unnecessarily), and
- a formatting issue (an amount is generated with a space in it).
Generating the PDF using Word does not present the same issues.
I have attached sample files (RTF) as well as PDFs created by Word and GroupDocs for comparison.
Conversion Issue - RTF to PDF.zip (358.7 KB)
@iqxadministrator
Could you please provide more details about the specific settings or parameters you are using for the RTF to PDF conversion in GroupDocs? Additionally, what version of the GroupDocs library are you using?
The problem was first experienced using the dll’s provided for the latest release, called from .NET code. The sample files were generated by the current online version at:

Hello @iqxadministrator ,
Thank you for reaching out.
We were able to reproduce the issue with the ‘November 2024 Fee Memo.rtf’ file using the latest version of Conversion for .NET 25.1. The issue has been registered in our system under the reference number CONVERSIONNET-7479.
Regarding your second file, ‘Fee Words - 2024.rtf’, the output file you provided differs from what we obtained using our library and actually appears closer to the original. Most likely, the online converter is still using an older version of the library and has not yet been updated to 25.1, which is why the results differ from the standalone version.
Hi
We downloaded v25.1 of the .NET converter and retested ‘Fee Words - 2024.rtf’, and it still seems to be an issue (1520 .00 instead of 1520.00).
Please confirm that the .NET version of the converter has been updated?
Thanks
