StructureMap Exception Code: 207 when deploying

We have deployed GD Annotations successfully on 3 servers. Now getting a structuremap error 207. We have previously gotten a 202 error and installing MVC 2 and MVC 3 solved that issue. This now has over 15 hours of debugging to no avail. Installed MVC 2,3,4. Uninstalled them. Re-installed as administrator 3 and 4. Installed swftools as a just in case. No help. Verified the web.config file multiple times by altering a working file with their specific connection and setup info. Did not work. Verified the SQL tables column by column with working installing. Exactly the same. I am out of ideas to solve this issue.Here is our error.

Hello,

We are sorry to hear that you have this issue. This is really pretty strange one, we didn’t saw nothing like before. There are too little details for solving it now, so we will give you general advices.
1. From stack trace we see that you are using old version of GroupDocs.Annotation - 1.3.60.10052 (1.3). At this moment the latest is 1.5.0, please download it here. Add it to your project, recompile and deploy it. Do not forget to update database structure, for ver 1.5 you need the appropriate schema, which you can find here: How to use GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET with MSSQL Server. Make sure that there are references to all required libraries (you can find them in the item #1 in the same article) and all of them are correct and valid.
2. The reason of such issue may be low trust level. StructureMap requires high trust level because it uses reflection. Please try to set a Full trust level. Also please try to grant a full permission to the root folder of your project in the IIS.

If this will not help, please send us more details: which version of IIS are you using, which application pool mode, which type of project (WebForms or MVC), which version of .NET Framework and ASP.NET, your web.config, GroupDocs.Annotation config and all other that you are considering as important.
