Do you have a link to the document formats supported by the viewer. Thought it supported AutoCAD but attempting to open a DXF sample file I get the following error message :-
Unable to create an instance of the document. The format of the document is unsupported or the document is corrupted.
DXF file looks OK in google viewer.

Also could you please describe all steps which you made and if possible send to us your dxf file so that our dev’s can reproduce your issue.
