Support of HEIC format

we are using “GroupDocs Viewer” API show images or other docs as Image. File type HEIC is currently not supported for that. Can you please update by when such support be provided.

We have logged it as a new feature request in our Issue Tracking System as VIEWERNET-1997. We shall investigate if it is feasible to provide the support of HEIC format in the future releases. As soon as we have any updates for you, we shall notify you.

We have got the updates for you regarding the support of HEIC format. Unfortunately, we don’t have plans to support HEIC format because it requires the support of HEVC format which is strictly covered by the patents. In case we have any information related to this format in the future, we shall keep you updated.
