Table border is not correct when converting certain DOCX to HTML in .NET

The table border of the attached Word file looks different than expected (single lines instead of double lines)
and the lower-right border is missing.

The issue happens with GroupDocs.Viewer 21.9 when converting to HTML without any special options.
