Testing functionality - Comparison page shows changes but with PDF layout

Hi,

Not sure if I am doing something wrong here. I tried to test the functionality by comparing 2 PDF’s. The comparison PDF generated loses all the formatting and does not look anything like the original PDF so its very difficult to see where the changes are - it’s just text haphazardly laid out.

Any ideas how I can preserve the original PDF layout with changes?

Please share following details and we’ll look into this scenario:

  • API variant (.NET or Java) and version (e.g. 20.10, 21.1) that you are evaluating
  • Sample comparison code
  • Problematic PDF files
