The account is closed

I am busy writing an annotation app using cakePHP. I am getting the following error message: “The account is closed”. What could be the problem?

I am busy working on a php application to annotate documents. I am using a Client Id/User Id and
a Apikey/Private Key.

Hello Green,

Yes we understand this . But we should check the logs on our server and for it we need to know the user's email that you use for api calls. Do you use the credentials (user_id and private _key) for this account - bruce@litigator.co.za ?
