The conversion result of sample.xlsx is not correct

When using ASP.NET_MVC_Front_END web application to show file sample.xlsx in HTML, it seems that the conversion result is not correct!

The image part is not there.

Attached here is the print screen file in .jpg

Same thing happened to the file candy.pdf.

Can you please tell us whether are you getting this issue in image based rendering or HTML based rendering? Furthermore, if you are facing this issue for all the documents then please share the viewer configuration you are using in the application. We shall be looking forward to your response.
