Track changes not displayed correctly

When rendering the attached document in html, the balloon text is not displayed correctly.

We investigated your attached document in Chrome version 57.0.2987.133, Firefox version 52.0.2, Microsoft Edge version 38.14393.0.0 and, Internet Explorer version 11.953.14393.0, we are unable to reproduce your issue at our end.

Can you please share screenshot of your output?

Can you send me the html output and a screenshot of the document when you render it?
