Unable to convert pdf files to html

Hi,
We are trying to convert these files
[0030Y000015zlDaniel Hannuschka Curriculum Vitae.pdf (392.5 KB)
ToQAI_1.pdf (497.4 KB)
](http://
Hall_Nathaniel_InfoSec (2).pdf (65.3 KB)

to html files but we are getting errors.
We are using latest version of viewer 17.11

Would you please also share with us the source code you are using to render the documents? You can provide a simple console application (source code without compilation errors) that can help us to reproduce the issue at our end. Also, please share with us the details of the errors you are getting.

Hi,
this is the source code we are using.
ViewerConfig config = GetConfigurations();
ViewerHtmlHandler htmlHandler = new ViewerHtmlHandler(config);
HtmlOptions options = new HtmlOptions();
options.IsResourcesEmbedded = true;
List pages = htmlHandler.GetPages(inputFile, options);

we are not getting any information in pages.

Thanks for sharing the required details.

We investigated your reported issues at our end and following are the outcomes.

We are able to reproduce the issue for the above-mentioned files using version 17.11. However, the issue is fixed in the latest versions and both files are getting rendered. Please try to render the files with version 18.6.1 at your end and share with us your feedback.

We are able to reproduce the issue when rendering the above-mentioned file using version 17.11 as well as the latest version. We have logged the issue in our internal Issue Tracking System as VIEWERNET-1649. We shall further investigate it and keep you notified in case of any updates.

Hi,
Thanks for your update. We update the latest version(18.7.0) of group docs viewer.we are able to convert the pdf but we are getting the wrong format for ( Daniel Hannuschka Curriculum Vitae.pdf ) resume.

We are glad to inform you that your reported issues, logged as VIEWERNET-1662 and VIEWERNET-1649, have been fixed. The fix for both issues will be part of GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET 18.10. Once the version 18.10 is released, we’ll notify you here.
