Unable to detect annotations during import annotations

Annotations are not detected in the samples application - GroupDocs.Annotation_2.0.0-Java_samples/samples/spring


But in the Containerize.IdentityServer - Single sign-on to access all applications and services of Aspose Pty Ltd. seems to work but not in the local sample application
