Unable to view pdf in Groupdocs annotation

Hello all,

I have a pdf which I uploaded and tried to view on annotation page, but the pdf is not opening in annotation viewer.

Tried the same on Groupdocs annotation online but the pdf is not opening on the website either.

what is the problem?
