We are getting error(Unlicensed version of GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET allows 15 views per hour) when we are trying to convert pdf to html. We are using latest version of viewer 17.11.Could you please let us know what is the issue?

For clarity, (i work with sysadmin12) we are on version 17.11 for which we are licensed, and our current license expired in February of 2018. Our understanding is we should still be able to used this licensed version of the product, however we are now getting the ‘15 views per hour’ error.

We have tested your provided license file and it is working without any issue. Please download and run the following application on the server and share with us the log.txt file that will be created in the same folder.
The above-provided files are the binaries of a console application (download source) that will render a document (located in the same folder) and log the issue (if happens) in a text file. You are required to run ConsoleTester.exe file (see this). Please make sure that you have put your valid license file in the same folder before running the application. We shall be looking forward to your response.
