Could you please provide the steps you followed to upgrade the NuGet package and any specific error messages you encountered during the process?
I’ve upgraded using the visual studio package manager console.

This indicates that your license is not valid for the latest version of the API (e.g., 25.2). Could you please provide your license or subscription expiry date? Please note that your license remains valid for all releases issued before the expiry date. Any releases after your license has expired will not be covered.

In the purchase screen, this note exist: Please note that when you buy a license you get two things: a perpetual license and a subscription. The license entitles you to use the software. The subscription entitles you to software updates for the purchased period.
This means we can use until version 24.8.0 which uploaded at August 29, 2024

Yes, ased on your subscription expiry date (2024-09-26
), your license allows you to use any GroupDocs.Watermark version released before this date.
Since version 25.2.0
was released after your subscription expired, it is not covered under your current license, which is why you see the evaluation watermark.
You can either:
- Continue using version 24.8.0 (or any earlier version released before
2024-09-26
).
- Renew your subscription to gain access to the latest versions and updates.
