Using an existing database for storing annotations

Hello,


We were wondering if it would be possible to utilize an existing database that our application runs off of to store all GroupDocs.Annotation-related data? If some GroupDocs.Annotation schema clashes with our existing schema (table names, etc. may be the same) is it possible to allow for altered schema?

If this isn’t currently possible, might it be part of the upcoming 3.x release of GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET?

Please provide any insight and information that is available.

I apologize for the delay in our response.

Certainly, GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET 3.x. would be capable to implement your own data storage and data storage can be a database.

The GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET 3.x. has not been released yet. However, we are very near to release this API.
