Using Azure Storage - GroupDocs says I've used 100% of 3GB Storage?

Hi,


We are currently using Azure to store all of our content, but for some reason, GroupDocs is saying that we’ve used 100% of 3GB of Storage. This doesn’t make sense since we are using Azure.

Also, our Azure is configured with the settings Synchronize Content and Synchronize Metadata checked. Do these need to be checked? Should they be checked?

Thank you for your inquiry.

Basically you are right, if you use Azure Storage then the store on GroupDocs doesn't be calculated.

Could you please specify your current account , that we will be able to check the logs for it with our product team.

Has this been fixed? Looking at our dashboard, I see that we’re sitting at 98% of 4GB used, which means we could have the same issue occur in the very near future. Please let me know.

Apparently, your product team lied to you, because we’re back at 100% of storage used for the third time, and none of our 4000 users can upload documentation to be annotated.

The documents are being stored in our Azure instance, but it seems you guys are storing a copy as well. Can you temporarily increase our storage capacity so our users can continue their work while you investigate?

We pride ourselves on providing a stable system to our users and this issue is starting to negatively affect our reputation. I sincerely hope you’re able to fix this in the near future.
