When i upload a new pdf file with the same name off a existing one, the system says…
do you want version to edit…
when i say yes it seems that de file is updated. But where can i see the version!? the date is stuck on de first upload date…

Thank you for your request. When you select “Version control” option the system will compare them and overwrite the original file with changes but yes the date will not be changed because this is the date of the first upload. In case that you need to keep both files please select “Keep both” options - as a result the new file file will be renamed automatically by adding its number in the brackets. For example if you have file with name MyDocument.pdf and you want to upload a document with the same name it will be renamed to MyDocument (1).pdf
