ViewConfig class not found

Hi.


I’m using GroupDocs.Annotation for Java 2.0.0, which cames with GroupDocs.Viewer 2.11.0. I’m trying to use some functionalities described at http://www.groupdocs.com/docs/display/viewerjava/Working+with+Common+Operations, but I couldn’t find the class ViewerConfig, among others. Does this class exists on GroupDocs.Viewer 2.11.0?

If not, how can I export a image/document to PDF as described at http://www.groupdocs.com/docs/display/viewerjava/Render+a+Document+as+PDF?

The documentation you are following is for GroupDocs.Viewer for Java 3.x. As you are using an older version of the API, you may find this documentation helpful.

I’m using GroupDocs.Annotations. Can I use a more recent version of GroupDocs.Viewer with it? I’m using Maven and when I include the dependency for GroupDocs.Annotations 2.0.0 it includes the dependency for GroupDocs.Viewer 2.11.

Or, could you tell me if it is possible to use some file conversion utilities with GroupDocs API? I’m trying to convert some files (ODS, DOCX) to PDF.

We would like to apprise you that recent version of GroupDocs.Viewer for Java 3.x is a totally UI Independent back-end API. Hence, you cannot integrate GroupDocs.Viewer for Java 3.x with GroupDocs.Annotation for Java 2.0.0.
However, using GroupDocs.Viewer for Java 3.x you can export a file/document to PDF as described in the documentation.
