Viewer blurs pdf

We use the groupdoc viewer in wordpress. We see that it seems that groupdoc blurs the pdf to a lower resolution, then what i see in adobe.


What could be the solution?

Thank you for the question. Simply add quality=100 URL parameter to the Viewer URL used in the iframe

As an alternative variant you can check your document with our GroupDocs stand-alone libraries for the .NET or for Java , because these libraries provides more flexibility and customization options. still no solution for bad quality pdf in online viewer. especially when on beamer…???

We are sorry for the delay with the fix, our product team still works on it . Could you please specify , are you was able to check your files with our stand alone libraries for .NET or Java (I have shared with you the links on the libraries in my previous post) ?

problem still exists…

Hello ,

We have logged this issue to our bug tracker, but unfortunately this issue is not resolved yet for GroupDocs.Viewer for Cloud.

We have tested your file with our GroupDocs.Viewer for .NET stand alone library and seems, that the file is rendered better , as you can see on the screenshot .

We recomend you to try to use our stand alone library, because it is more customizable and has two rendering modes: HTMl and Image based.

To use the library in the Wordpress site you should run the library on web server and then use our "GroupDocs Viewer for .NET | HTML5 Document Viewer" plugin for the Wordpress CMS .
