In Chrome I can see the watermark OK.
We are sorry to hear that you have this issue. Thank you for reporting, we can reproduce this bug in the Internet Explorer 10 and 11. Our developers have started to work on it. However, the watermarks are absent only when using HTML-based mode, so if you need them to be working right now, you may use image-based rendering mode.
