Hi,
the attached document cannot be opened with the Viewer, I remember it working with the previous version but with the latest one it just keeps loading without any visible progress.
Please help!

We have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the same issue at our side , also we have logged this problem in our issue tracking system. At the moment our product team works on preparing the next generation of the Viewer for Java library and the issue should be fixed in it. Please stay tuned and we will notify you when the release will be available.
