W-009187 - Throwing an error while converting pdf to html using Group docs.viewer 17.11

Hi,
We are trying to convert this file https://c.na48.content.force.com/sfc/dist/version/download?oid=00DU0000000KcEGMA0&operationContext=DELIVERY&d=/a/0B000000kJfw/o5hgDBYZosV.8R9ozv4DSh..IOV56JhqBeHVnvPO9DQ&ids=0680B000003PWQAQA4

to html file but we are getting below error
Value does not fall within the expected range.

We are using latest version of viewer 17.11
Please check it
