Thank you for sharing the sample file, can you clarify if you’re using GropuDocs.Viewer through GroupDocs.Total package of GroupDocs.Viewer and which version you’re currently on?

We successfully reproduced the reported bug with your attached sample file. Only 1st page is rendered because GroupDocs.Viewer throws an exception when it starts to process 2nd page. This is a bug on our side, I logged it and reported to our developers as “VIEWERNET-5720”.
If this is allowed for your business logic, as a temporary workaround you can render the PDF documents to the raster formats (PNG and/or JPEG) using appropriate PngViewOptions and/or JpgViewOptions — the exception occurs only when rendering to the HTML.
When this bug will be fixed, we’ll notify you here.
