What this sample is supposed to do

Dear Support,


Please explain this sample:
http://groupdocs-dotnet-samples.apphb.com/samples/sample-31-how-to-dynamically-create-signature-form-using-data-from-html-form

The sample asks for:

- Client ID
- Private Key
- GUID of uploaded document ( I used the sample document that you have provided)

Then it asks for: Name, Email, Country, City, City and Street.

Then you will have to press the: signature button.

The problem is why it is not merging the data that you have asked? (Name, Email, Country, City, City and Street.)

*** Only the date field is being asked in the viewer below. Why signature field is not appearing at the correct place. What is the objective of having signature tag in the document???
