Where do I find my client ID and private key?



I’ve signed up to trial out the GroupDocs product and I’ve downloaded the PHP SDK but I can’t test anything because I don’t have a private key or client ID. I’ve tried to follow the instructions in this article but no padlock icon appears after I log on.

I’ve also tried your LiveChat numerous times but no-one responds. How do I resolve this issue?
