Word to HTML or PDF conversion, page break cuts off

Converting the attached DOC to HTML cuts off an image and text in a table because of the page break. (See attached screenshot)
Doc page break in Table.zip (2.4 MB)
No special conversion options were used.
The same problem occurs when setting PDF as target format.
