Hello,
annotations of some PDFs (see the one attached) are rotated by 90 degree (the whole annotation layer) when you export the file with annotations and view it in (e.g.) Acrobat Reader.
Some scanners, like Kodak i2620, seem to procude PDFs that result in this issue.
Could you please take care of this issue?

currently I am using GroupDocs.Annotation .NET 2.1.2. But I was able to reproduce this issue with your online version.
