Hi,
We have found that dynamic PDF’s are not creating previews or thumbnails when loaded. I tried on the web viewer and it also did not create a preview. Is there a known issue with dynamic/fillable/XFA type PDF’s not creating a preview? Attached is a sample file.

There may be an issue with the file - it doesn’t always open and process correctly. We are working on a fix.
